Galactic Energy Space Technology Co. is a Chinese private space launch company founded in 2018. The company developed the Ceres-1 (Gushenxing-1) orbital rocket which is a four stage launch vehicle that is capable to put up to 350 kg into low Earth orbit. While the first three stages utilize solid rocket motors, the fourth stage uses a hypergolic propulsion system. The use of a liquid fourth stage allows for the payloads to be placed in more accurate orbits. In November 2020, Galactic Energy Space Technology Co. became the second private company (after i-Space) of China to successfully put a satellite in orbit. In addition to the Ceres-1 rocket, Galactic Energy Space Technology Co. is also developing the Pallas 1 rocket, which should be able to carry up to five tons of payload into low Earth orbit. Learn all about the different launches of the commercial rockets from the Chinese space company Galactic Energy Space Technology Co. thanks to this overview!
